In the early 1990s, I fell in love with Computer Science and began studying networking and IT infrastructures on my very own and also at university. Back then, my knowledge in the information technology infrastructure and related services field grew and I discovered my leadership skills and the true passion for it.
In the past 20 years, I at first led various project teams with classic and agile methods and later IT infrastructure and IT service teams. Later, I led an IT service department and managed its growth from 25 people in three teams to 120 people in seven teams.
My greatest advantages are my broad knowledge of most information technology aspects, the ability to lead and inspire people as well as strong passion for what’s ahead. The planning and execution of organizational changes and transitions also is one of my core competencies.
I have a passion for complex situations and the search for solutions. Being successful is a strong motivator and driver for my work.
